This system includes more than just the proper shingle, but the starter strips, ice and water shield, hip and ridge caps, and felt. The products are essential to maintaining a sturdy roof. Our trained team of roof inspectors knows what the key indicators are of leaks, storm damage, and poor maintenance. These factors determine the proposals we build for each individual homeowner. Experience plays a large role in inspection but we take pride in thorough training so we can speak honestly and accurately.

There are many insurance agents in Columbia that refer us to their clients when they have roof issues. These professionals rely on our team to give their clients the best knowledge to help them make decisions. Often, after a storm, there can be quite a frenzy of roofers.
