GF3 Interview with Donna Muszynski

Good Food. Good Feet. Good Friday. (GF3) was founded by Master Pedicurist and certified Podologist Donna Muszynski in 2013 and is wholly designed with service to Columbia South Carolina’s homeless community in mind. After a meaningful encounter with one of Columbia's homeless, Donna realized that the feet are a soul's most valuable survival commodity and should be cared for as such. Tying this into Jesus' washing of his Disciples' feet, the annual event was centered around the Easter celebration through service to the less fortunate of Columbia. Working with Christ Central Ministries, GF3 delivers not only foot care, but also a hot breakfast, a packed lunch, and a blessing bag full of goodies, including new socks and shoes.
